Remember, your health is your first priority and that’s why you may want to consider activities that can make your body healthy and this is to easily flush away the toxins smoking effects has done to your body. Exercising everyday especially in the morning will keep you away from smoking and your lungs will also breathe fresh air.

The point here is that you need to keep yourself busy at all times. Well, there’s a saying that you need to keep you “mouth, hands and feet” busy at all time just to avoid smoking. You can always chew bubble gum to make your mouth busy or you can garden, do the laundries clean your house or you can bake cookies or cakes. Also, you can jog every morning, walk your pet dog or you go to the park or you can walk on the woods for an adventure. There are limitless ways on how you can make yourself busy. Just as long that it’s worthwhile, you can forget you have tasted cigarette in your life.
